Feature in our COVID Recovery Communications Campaign

Do you want to help raise awareness of how Northumberland’s tourism businesses have adapted throughout the COVID crisis?

We will be building a communications campaign based on a series of filmed and written case studies to demonstrate how businesses have ‘pivoted’ to aid recovery. 

We're particularly looking for Northumberland's tourism businesses that have adapted through innovation, investment and learning to adapt to the COVID crisis.

•    Innovation - businesses that have diversified and doing something different to adapt to generate new experiences, revenue streams
•    Investment - businesses that have invested in product or experience to attract new business or new markets
•    Learning - focus on learning and technological opportunities you have implemented to engage with or to attract new audiences
