The North East Tourism Awards 2011

The North East Tourism Awards 2011 was a fabulous event. Sunderland's Stadium of Light was the venue for celebrating the region's very best tourism businesses – and of course Northumberland was well represented. Even better, we scooped a good number of the top awards.

 

Gold awards

  • Doxford Hall Hotel – Small Hotel of the Year
  • Cheviot Holiday Cottages – Self Catering or Serviced Apartments of the Year
  • Seafield Caravan Park – Caravan / Holiday Park of the Year
  • William Salve, Macdonald Linden Hall Golf & Country Club – Outstanding Customer Service Award
  • St Cuthbert's House – Sustainable Tourism Award

Silver awards

  • The Old Vicarage – Bed & Breakfast of the Year
  • Falstone Barns - Self Catering or Serviced Apartments of the Year
