We measure the impact of our activities wherever possible. In 2012, we agreed with Northumberland County Council that by 2016 we would aim to:

· Attract an additional 100,000 overnight visitors

We are now pleased to announce that at the end of 2016 our activities had contributed to:

· An increase in the value of tourism of 10.8% adjusted for inflation, with an increased visitor spend of £83.3m

· An additional 976 full time jobs

· An extra 794,000 overnight visitors.
