Understanding the needs of international visitors to England's Coast

Northumberland workshop

Could you be an ambassador for England's Coast?

We are delighted to announce that the National Coastal Tourism Academy have just launched a new online training programme England’s Coast Ambassador. This free course will help your staff improve their customer service and understand the needs of international visitors. It takes less than an hour to complete and can be done in stages if needed. As you know, delivery of excellent service to your customers is vital if you want to ensure they have a great time, come back another time and recommend your business to others.

After an introduction to England’s Coast, the first compulsory module covers international visitors to the coast and how to attract and satisfy them. Participants then select from one of nine county modules to learn more about the attractions on offer in your local area. Once you’ve completed a county module, you can then print off a certificate confirming your status as an ‘England’s Coast Ambassador’.

Please share this link with your staff and encourage them to get started on the course as soon as possible.

Once all your front-line staff have completed the course, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so they can share on social media and do some local publicity about your business completing the course!
